All-round production worker

The job

As an all-round production worker, you are an important link in our production process. Your responsibilities include the pre-treatment, hanging and removal of products to be powder coated. So your colleagues are counting on you! Because we find it important that our colleagues can support each other, you are all-round deployable.


The work consists of preparing incoming products for handling and hanging and collecting products as efficiently as possible. In doing so, you will actively contribute to the correct hanging methods, monitor the quality of the products and package the products according to the customer's requirements. Your main tasks include:

  • Placing the products in and out of baskets for preliminary handling both manually and using a hoist;
  • Scanning orders into the system;
  • Hanging products for the spraying department;
  • Collecting and packing products so that they are delivered undamaged to the customer.

    Our products can sometimes be quite heavy. Although we make you work as safely as possible, you will have to lift occasionally

    Your work can look different every day. You need to be somewhat flexible in your workplace and the content of your work. You won't get bored for a moment!

What you can expect from us:

From €2.765 gross per month if you have experience;
An attractive pension scheme through PMT, with 2/3 of your premium paid by Ulamo;
Full-time job with the prospect of permanent employment (part-time is also negotiable);
25 holiday days and 13 ADV days to unwind;
Travel allowance €0.19 cents per km, already from the first kilometre;
Day shift and shift work;
Room for development - every colleague has a development budget of €800 a year;
Extensive staff parties! For example, we celebrate all jubilees extensively, have a party in summer and at Christmas, and once every 2 years a big staff party!
